Who Are Our Clients?

All of our clients are organizations that are involved directly or indirectly in the Property & Casualty and Life Insurance Business.

Your business relationship with SRC is regarded and valued as a long-term relationship.  As we transform a candidate to an employee, we will continue to assist management in developing the full potential of the employee.

Selection Process

We provide clients with only the candidates, who by our assessments, closely match the skill set and long-term needs of the client.  As our clients have engaged us in a search of partnership, we are also obliged to minimize any inconvenience and cost.

Services

Permanent Placements: As our goal is to engage long-term partnerships, we place emphasis on securing permanent placement positions. Our involvement and contacts in the industry activities helps to identify and select candidates as soon as practicable.

Interim Placements: We provide clients with resourceful solutions that will address their short-term needs. The same quality of service is given to these assignments. Often times short-term employees become permanent employees for the same or other clients.

We will continue to provide clients with ongoing feedback based on our relationship with the employee.  In addition, we will provide our clients with industry and market information, long after their personnel needs have been met.

Due to our diverse knowledge in the industry, we are able to provide our clients with specific industry services such as job evaluation, position responsibilities, compensation and other job related requests.

We also provide information on industry trends, feedback on staffing issues and serve as a source of exit interview feedbacks.

Career Management Service Partnerships are also available to clients, in the event they may decrease their staff for whatever business reasons.  Our consultants would work with the clients during the transition  period, but continues to work with the ex-employee however long it takes to find employment, at no further charge to the candidate.

We have created a Resource Library to provide employers/employees with real life business situations and issues and resolutions.  Our consultants continue to research relevant articles, to enrich our clients in enhancing management and employee relations.

Fees

Our fees are based on many factors, including the type of services offered, complexity of search, level of responsibility and value added services.  Our pricing strategy takes into consideration the search time required to engage a partner, number of candidates interviewed, amount of market research and future opportunities.  In many cases, we customize our fees and services based on the relationship and experience with our clients.
