POSITION DESCRIPTION

• Assist in the development and maintenance of scorecards/monthly KPIs and other tools to monitor and report on the performance of the company and its operational business units effectively against plan/forecast/prior year

• Offer in-depth analysis of the reasons for the performance to enhance decision-making and issue identification/resolution

• Coordinate the analysis of the operational results that helps executive and senior management teams to understand and interpret critical financial and KPI information

• Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the analysis and data supporting the analysis

• Work closely within the Finance Team, and partner with Business Partners to ensure accuracy, integrity and proper analysis of their results

• Provide assistance and support various Finance projects

REQUIREMENTS

• Business/Finance degree & in final stages of completing CMA/CGA/MBA

• Over 3 years related working experience in P&C industry

• Advanced PC skills in MS Office Suite (Excel/PowerPoint/Word)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, and ability to take a lead role in a team environment
