EDUCATION:
Post-secondary education in an insurance related field
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum
5 years functional/technical experience in an insurance
environment
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
skills; Attention to detail

Strong
PC skills including above average knowledge of internal and
client software systems

Demonstrates leadership with the ability to motivate; Team
player
DECISION
MAKING/INTERACTION:
Continuous interaction with claimants and clients for the
exchange of information often requiring analysis of
alternative courses of action.
SPECIAL
REQUIREMENTS/ CERTIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Maintenance of full adjusting license; Continuing education
courses as required by CAC or the jurisdiction
EQUIPMENT/TOOLS:
Computer, scanner, telephone, dictaphone, photocopier, quick
reference to case law.
