POSITION DESCRIPTION
Establish full plan for follow-up training on CRM system Assess and identify the technical systems training and procedural requirements Work collaboratively and effectively with the IT team, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), local institutes, departments and external systems consultants to gain a solid understanding of the link between the systems and the practical application Responsible for the design and delivery of all technical systems application training Ensures that the training logistics (e.g. scheduling, production of training material, participant enrolment) are coordinated Provide training on an individual or group basis Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of the training delivered and taking action to improve its efficiency. Provide technical expertise and knowledge of Aptify, GPD, other related systems to the departments, institutes, chapters Assist in the coordination of the development and maintenance of the Aptify and other systems user manual Gather and provide user feedback & suggestions Other related duties, as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
University degree Certification or related education in learning and development Strong interpersonal and communication skills Analytical, creative Self-motivated, flexible and able to work with minimal supervision Strong MS Office skills Experience in multiple business systems—CRM and accounting Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing High level of comfort in delivering classroom training Strong writing skills and use of the English language Strong project management skills that include research capabilities, prioritization, organizational and time management skills for new initiatives Experience in developing, delivering and evaluating training programs Knowledge of e-learning tools an asset Goal-oriented Bilingualism an asset
