POSITION DESCRIPTION

  • Issue policies and endorsements within the allocated time-frames.

  • Under direct supervision, provide administrative and secretarial support to Processing Department.

  • Maintain coporate and ops tracking systems and follow-ups, and perform Key Operator function for PIMS.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel (intermediate level);
  • keyboard skills;
  • typing speed and accuracy;
  • good telephone skills;
  • basic written and verbal communication skills;
  • ability to establish and/or maintain filing systems;
  • good interpersonal skills and must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
