Bachelors degree or equivalent training in business or sales management or
a minimum three years in business or sales management.

Three to five years experience in the Canadian property and casualty insurance industry an asset.

Fluency in French an asset.

Miller Heiman or similar sales training, experience in selling $1 million plus solutions.

Complex sales experience and a track history of attaining multi-million dollar annual sales quotas.

Excellent knowledge of MS/B’s products and services.

Effective communications and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and presentation required.
