Define and develop marketing strategy, identifying
opportunities to increase new products and recommend
innovative and creative coverages to existing clients.

Create and coordinate marketing campaigns to support the
strategic direction and specific initiatives for the lines
of business

Build relationship with brokers by discussing business
plans, analyzing portfolio performance and new ideas and
ways to develop new business.

Work with the various marketing and underwriting teams in
the Region on the lines of business to ensure product
offerings are current and relevant and measure results of
marketing strategies

Develop and maintain strong relationships between company
and its brokers

Coordinate and lead in marketing activities - roadshows,
event regarding delivery of products and service
presentations etc

Participate and eventually lead in broker strategy and
broker remuneration type discussions with key brokers
