POSITION DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and expand the Corporate Casualty client base

  • Service and maintain existing Primary Casualty Accounts

  • Work with other Company Product Lines to leverage multi-line business

  • Cultivate business relationships with Brokers

  • Assist in the long-term strategic planning of the Casualty Department

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience with Primary Casualty products and services

  • Very strong business and interpersonal communication skills

  • Satisfactory experience with Brokers and large Commercial accounts

  • Practical experience with conventional and alternative reinsurance placements

  • Minimum 7 years relevant experience

  • Strong analytical and marketing skills

  • University degree preferred
